Tangerine marmalade

This fragrant marmalade is made with Late tangerines, typical sicilian citrus fruit that reach full maturation from late February until the end of March, when all other tangerine types are no more available. Thanks to its high content of sugar, it is particularly suitable for marmalade preparations.

Use it simply on a slice of bread or as ingredient for home made cakes and desserts. We suggest to pair it with fresh and smooth cheeses like ricotta, robiola, mozzarella, but also with mountain cheeses like taleggio.
