Apricots, delicious summer fruit, are very appreciated for their sweetness; rich of vitamins and minerals, they help in case of fatigue and strong physical activity.
Use it simply on a slice of bread or as ingredient for home made cakes and desserts. We suggest to pair it with aged cow milk cheese, like Parmigiano Reggiano and taleggio.
