Peaches are amongst the most appreciated summer fruit thanks to their sweet and juicy pulp. All varieties have diuretic and refreshing qualities, but white peaches are particularly digestible and detoxicant, especially for the liver.
Taste it simply on a slice of bread or as ingredient for home made cakes and desserts. We suggest to pair it with fresh and delicate cheeses.
