An innovative pecorino cheese which renews the traditional matching cheese/fruit. Delicate yet tasty pecorino cheese, with white compact paste and light brown crust, covered with bee's wax. The flavour is very balanced, the slight pear perfume mixing perfectly with the savoury pecorino taste.
