Made mainly by water (92%), peppers are rich in mineral salts and vitamins, especially of Vitamin C wich possesses a strong antioxidant power.

Our yellow and red peppers are processed immediately after being picked, grilled, peeled by hand and preserved in sunflowerseed oil and extra virgin olive oil, the perfect combination to keep vegetables without affecting or masking their original taste. Aromatic herbs and a little vinegar complete the preparation.

Fresh raw materials and a careful processing technique preserve the vegetables' organoleptic qualities, mouthfeel and fragrance.
