Tomatoes are refreshing, light and easily digestible vegetables. Made mainly by water (94%), they are rich in vitamins, mineral salts and lycopene, an element wich possesses a strong antioxidant power.
Our tomatoes are dried in the sun after being picked and preserved in sunflowerseed oil and extra virgin olive oil, the perfect combination to keep vegetables without affecting or masking their original taste. Aromatic herbs and a little vinegar complete the preparation.
Fresh raw materials and a careful processing technique preserve the vegetables' organoleptic qualities, mouthfeel and fragrance.
