Artichokes are a fundamental ingredient in Italian traditional cooking, and those produced in Lazio are particularly fine.

Rich in minerals and iron, they have diuretic and depurative properties.

The traditional recipe requires a few local aromatic herbs, in particular lemon balm.

Perfect as fancy appetizer or with meat courses, our artichokes are processed immediately after being picked and preserved in sunflowerseed oil and extra virgin olive oil, the perfect combination to keep vegetables without affecting or masking their original taste

Fresh raw materials and a careful processing technique preserve the vegetables' organoleptic qualities, mouthfeel and fragrance.
