The dough is soft but compact and firm, not too creamy; the rich flavour of goat milk matches perfectly the delicate smell of the blue cheese noble molds. Available in two sizes: vacuum packed 1/4 cheese round and slices in heat sealed bowls (average weigth: 240g)
Gran de Cabra is a semi-fat hard cheese produced with raw goat milk, following the same technique of Grana. The paste is quite granular and dry, tasty but not spicy, with a slight sweet aftertaste.
